This low histamine, low allergen recipe is great for those who love a higher fat and protein approach. Its oat meal for those who aren't able to tolerate the oats !

You can exchange the water for any kind of milk that you like for a more creamy dish.

If you have a sweet tooth, this recipe works well with 6 drops of stevia or other sweetener of choice.

If histamine is not a problem for you then some cinnamon is a great addition!

 

  • Yields: 1 serve

Directions

1Pop all of the ingredients (except your topping choice)

2Into a pot on the stove over a high heat

3Stir until it comes to a boil

4Turn down the heat, stirring occasionally until the mixture thickens

5Pour into a bowl, top and serve!

Hemp seeds | 30g

Coconut flour |15g

Unsweetened shredded coconut | 15g

Flaxseed meal | 15g

Chia seeds | 15g

Sea salt |

Hydrolysed collagen powder | 30g

Water | 120ml

Blueberries or other topping, I used 50g frozen blueberries
