Directions

1Put the apple and pumpkin puree into a food processor with dates, blitz until smooth.

2Add vanilla, spices, ½ of the coconut flour and all of the protein powder, combine till smooth.

3Add remaining coconut flour until a dough like ball forms

4Using hands, roll into ball and coat with desiccated coconut.

5refrigerate and enjoy!

Vanilla essence | 1tsp

Coconut flour | 120g

Vanilla protein powder | 60g

Mixed spice | 1tsp

Cinnamon| .5 tsp

Desiccated coconut | 50g
